This building, originally constructed in 1967 was almost entirely remade in this extensive remodel. All the mechanical systems in the building were replaced along with the retro finishes and the introduction of modern conveniences. Ipod docks, TV mirrors and integrated speakers were standard offerings for the 36 units.
